From 1985-95, he played a crucial role in the Western India Corrugated Box Manufacturer's Association. He also contributed to the Rotary Club of Pimpri, even serving as its President in 2007. His knack for understanding the packaging sector's pulse and grasping emerging technologies enriches Radhesham Wellpack's forward trajectory.

Mr. Vishal Panjabi

Director of Operations

Mr. Vishal, having diplomas from DY Patil College of Engineering and the Indian Institute of Packaging, joined Radhesham Wellpack in 2000. Under his leadership, the company improved its production quality and embraced modern tech. Furthermore, Mr. Vishal is integrally involved in steering the company's product development, ensuring alignment with market demands. Others in the industry often refer to his logistics strategies. He's also keen on exploring next-gen innovations and actively attends various industrial and technological exhibitions, both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Vikram Panjabi

Director of Admin & Human Resources (HR)

After studying Polymer Engineering at the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, Mr. Vikram began leading the HR team at Radhesham Wellpack in 2001. Under his direction, the company's training initiatives ensure the workforce stays ahead. Safety and employee satisfaction are high on his agenda, as reflected in the company's solid retention rates. Mr Vikram also steers the strategic direction for compliances and quality certifications. Outside of HR, Mr. Vikram's focus on Corporate Social Responsibility has led to meaningful initiatives in health and education.

Mr. Vijay Panjabi

Director, Sales & Marketing, Purchase & Finance

With a Bachelorette in Commerce & Diploma in Advertising Public Relations, Mr. Vijay has been with Radhesham Wellpack since 2001. His forte in finances has ensured strong cash flows for the company, realising RWPL's vision of being a zero-debt entity. Balancing astute supplier relations and purchase acumen, Mr Vijay sustains a harmonious network that further solidifies the company's fiscal health. He's been a committee member of the Federation of the Corrugated Box Manufacturer's Association (FCBM) since 2003 and chairs the Paper Mills Coordination Committee of WICMA, facilitating collaboration between paper mills and box manufacturers. Mr Vijay is a sought-after speaker at association events and educational institutions.
